Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device.
I have confirmed within my Device Manager the following Error when the Sena product attempts to connect: I also have a ticket open and it will be interesting to see how long until I get a response. I had a look again into the windows device manager and I was able to find a device with the “?” and it was identified as “RAZOR” computer mouse. So, back to the device manger and again: unable to recognize usb device I tried it and yes, my device was recognized without issues. If this works the device manager should in theory recognize the headtset. With the program UsbCheck.exe you can check the connection again. During installation the device was recognized. I had the same issue with my Sena Headset 10s on my Windows 7 64Bit Laptop.
